Pond Fountain Update

Pond Fountain Update

UPDATE 7/9: We are aware that the fountain in Pond 4 is off again. It is suspected that the motor is shorting and tripping the breaker.

UPDATE 7/8: All ponds except Pond 1 have been fixed! Pond 1 will have fountains and lights fixed next week. Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE 7/2: We are aware that several of the pond fountains are not working.

We are currently experiencing significant issues with the company, ECO Resources, that maintains our pond pumps and fountains. They are aware of the problems; however, they have not sent a repair technician to address the issues or obtained the parts needed to complete the repairs.

The HOA Board has even offered to purchase the required parts directly so they can make the necessary repairs and get the fountains operational again. We have a proposal meeting with another company scheduled for Tuesday, July 7.

It is likely that we will move forward with a new service provider, and we are hopeful that all fountains will be repaired and fully operational by Friday, July 17. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • We will be replacing our pond maintenance company (Eco Resources) with a new company, Solitude. Eco Resources is winding down their business and we have been experiencing ongoing scheduling issues with them.
  • Due to staff shortage and other issues, we are investigating replacing Mill Brothers as well. Mill Brothers is currently responsible for all of our irrigation, landscaping, and lawn maintenance.
  • We are still working to replace 4-6 dead/damaged trees throughout the neighborhood (pending issues with Mill Brothers).
  • We are aware that there are numerous drought and sprinkler affected dead areas of turf, and weeds taking over. Another ongoing issue with Mill Brothers.
  • We will be moving forward with installing speed bumps along Carriage Parkway via the City of Fort Collins.

We are pleased to welcome Lacey Wright as the newest member of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), replacing Terry Putman.

On behalf of the Board and the community, we extend our sincere thanks to Terry for his seven years of dedicated service, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the standards of our neighborhood.

Speed Bump Survey

Speed Bump Survey – Carriage Parkway

The City of Fort Collins has proposed installing speed bumps at three locations along Carriage Parkway.

There has been strong discussion both in favor of and against this proposal. We encourage all residents to participate in the survey and share your feedback.

Please only one survey response per household.

EDIT: Survey is now closed!

Sprinkler System Start-Up

Sprinkler system start-up

Sprinkler system start-up is scheduled for the third week of April. Mill Brothers will be onsite to turn on the water and prime all irrigation lines.

They will return during the first week of May to run the system and adjust all sprinkler heads to ensure optimal performance.

Please note: Mill Brothers has indicated mowing days may shift from Monday to later in the week (Thursday or Friday). More details to follow as this is finalized.

Wind Damage Update

Recent Wind Damage Update

Due to recent wind events, the community has experienced:

  • Loss of several trees that were unfortunately uprooted. Mill Brothers will be grinding and cleaning up the stumps shortly.
  • Minor roof tile damage on a few homes.
  • Multiple signs blown over, including one post requiring full replacement due to prior damage.

We appreciate everyone’s patience as cleanup and repairs continue.

Ram Waste Collection Schedule and Info

The Placement of Your Trash Can Matters

The correct placement of your trash can will ensure the collection of your garbage, recyclables or yard waste.

Most collection trucks are armed with an automated electronic arm that grabs and empties the bin. This efficient process streamlines collection and prevents potential injuries.

2026 Collection Schedule

The collection schedule can be downloaded as a PDF to print or viewed below. Report a missed pickup here. Not sure if something is recyclable? Check Ram Waste’s searchable recycling guide.

Volunteers Wanted

Neighborhood Volunteers

As we head into 2026, the Board would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers who dedicated their time to keeping our neighborhood beautiful this past year.

A special shout-out goes to Dave Humphrey for his incredible work on the “Goosinator Crew.” Thanks to Dave’s efforts, our ponds have stayed healthy, clean, and enjoyable for everyone!

We also want to thank Dave Paisley for volunteering to help run the pond pumps to keep them full year-round!

Want to get involved in 2026? Our community thrives because of neighbors like you. We are looking for a few more helping hands to keep Clydesdale Park the best place to live. Whether you have one hour a month or a few hours a week, we’d love to have you.

We are currently looking for help with:

  • The Goosinator Crew (pond maintenance)
  • Entrance landscaping
  • General neighborhood maintenance

Get in touch with the Board if you’re able to help out, no matter how small! Thank you for making our community great!
