November Neighborhood Updates

Thank You!

In a time when prices seem to be rising everywhere, we’re pleased to share that our HOA is staying within budget with no expected increase in dues this year.

This accomplishment is largely thanks to our dedicated team of volunteers who generously give their time and effort to keep our neighborhood running smoothly. A heartfelt thank you to each of you for helping make our community such a great place to live!

Raking Leaves

It’s a little late in the season for raking leaves this year — the wind seems to have done most of the work for us! However, if you do decide to rake, please avoid sweeping or raking any yard debris into the streets. Doing so can clog our drainage system and interfere with the operation of the pumps that keep our beautiful pond system running smoothly.

Snow Removal

When the snow finally decides to arrive, please remember that each resident or renter is responsible for clearing the sidewalk in front of their home, as well as any adjoining pathways. We’re fortunate to have wonderful volunteers who take care of Carriage Parkway and the walking paths throughout our community — their efforts help keep our neighborhood safe and accessible for everyone.

Carriage Parkway Construction Update

As you may be aware, there is ongoing construction on the northwest end of Carriage Parkway. The current project involves upgrading the existing 2-inch gas line to a 3-inch line to improve performance for our gas appliances and to support the growing number of homes in Fox Grove. The work is expected to be completed before Thanksgiving.  Please be mindful of the temporary lane changes during construction. When exiting onto Highway 14, you may turn left from the far-right lane — that lane currently allows drivers to go straight, turn right, or turn left. Thank you for driving carefully and staying alert while these improvements are underway.

Medical Equipment Lending Library

Medical Equipment Lending Library Available to Clydesdale Residents

Clydesdale residents Joan and James Sayre have generously created a medical equipment lending library in their basement. Thanks to many thoughtful donations, they now have a wide selection of items available for temporary loan—at no cost—to neighborhood residents.

Available equipment includes:

  • Bedside toilets and raised toilet seats
  • Crutches, canes, and grabbers
  • Cooling wraps (for knees and shoulders)
  • Rigid boots and shower chairs
  • Walkers (with and without seats) and a wheelchair
  • Plus other helpful recovery aids

Over the past year, about a dozen residents recovering from surgeries (shoulder, hip, knee, foot, or hand) have borrowed equipment and found it extremely helpful during their recovery.

If you or someone you know could benefit from this wonderful community resource, please contact Jim & Joan Sayre at (970) 493-1383 or stop by 4777 Forelock Drive.

FaithPro Website Update

Effective immediately, you can log in to portal.faithproperty.com using the credentials that were emailed to you.

As previously emailed and mailed, Touchstone Property Management Company was acquired by Faith Pro LLC, a highly reputable local company here in Fort Collins.

Your Board has carefully vetted Faith Pro to ensure our community’s best interests are protected. We found them to be professional, responsive, and well-equipped to handle our administrative needs. Their modern accounting system will make HOA dues payments seamless and will provide user-friendly access to meeting minutes, declarations, and other key information.

Last week, an email went out regarding the homeowner portal. Rest assured, our community is in good hands. Our account will continue to be managed by Amanda Benavidez, who many of you know from her excellent work with us at Touchstone.

If you have questions about this transition, you may reach Amanda directly at (970) 377-1626×107 or via email at amanda@faithproperty.com, or contact the Clydesdale Park Board at robert.clydesdaleparkhoa@gmail.com.

Thank you for your patience during this process. We believe these changes will serve our community well moving forward.

Oktoberfest 2025

To all Clydesdale Park residents and guests only –

Saturday, October 11th 4-6 p.m.

Please bring a fun dish to share. Brats, buns, condiments, lemonade, water and paper goods will be provided by the HOA. We are not assigning dishes this year because our spring potluck went so well without any assignments on what to bring. So, bring your best outdoor dish!!! Hot, cold, savory or sweet!

Bring your own chair, table or shade shelter! We will have at least one up. Hoping for a cool afternoon with lovely sunshine and no more smoke!

We would like to know how many are coming—please RSVP to Mendy Putnam.

Public Hearing Notice - Larimer County

Car Accident and Fence Damage

A car accident occurred on July 22, 2025 just east of the Clydesdale Park entrance on E Mulberry. A vehicle came across the grass and through our east-side fence along the road. All involved are okay, and the fence was repaired a few days after.

Pond Fishing Access & Security Update

Earlier this year, we contracted with Precision Security to help address the ongoing issue of unauthorized fishing in our ponds by non-residents. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring problem across all ponds for several years and has been a source of frustration for many residents, especially those living directly on the water.

By engaging a local security company, we aim to handle these situations professionally and avoid putting neighbors in the uncomfortable position of confronting individuals themselves.

To prevent any misunderstandings, we ask that all authorized households use the required green lanyard while fishing. This helps security quickly confirm permission without needing to make a call or interrupt your activity.
