Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for reviewing resident requests for substantial exterior changes to homes, including: roof replacement, exterior painting, window replacement, new structures, basketball hoops, fencing, hot tubs, and other exterior improvements.
Other Neighborhood Committees
The neighborhood has several volunteer-based committees for fun and helping out. You can volunteer by contacting the committee Chair.
- Welcoming: New resident visits: welcome and information about our community, website, directory and newsletter and volunteering opportunities. Chair: Pam Davis
- Social: Event planning for the community: summer BBQ, Oktoberfest, caroling, card games. Chair: Mendy Putman
- Monthly Dining Out: Chooses place and time to eat out together each month. Residents can send one of the Chairs an email to be added to the distribution list. Chairs: Mendy Putman and Lisa Schuster
- Garden: Clydesdale Park entrance: spring planting, weeding, watering and Fall mulch. Chair: Megan Truebenbach
- Maintenance: Spring and Fall clean-up of our Common Areas: trimming trees, wrapping young trees in the fall, clearing debris out of drainage areas, painting and upkeep of pump houses and the park. Also oversight of lawn service. Chair: Estel Fuller
- Pond & Goosinator: Weed control, maintaining water flow, fountains and lights. Run Goosinator as needed. Chair: Terry Coss
Ongoing Activities
- HOA Dining Out (monthly): Notifications of upcoming dining out dates/locations will be emailed to the Dining Out list.
- Mexican Train (dominos): 1st Tuesday of the month @ 6pm
- Hand & Foot (a form of canasta): 2nd Wednesday of the month @ 6pm
