Agreement

As the owner of this property, I request review of the item(s) selected. I understand the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) has up to 30 days to accomplish the review. I understand that approval must be received from the ACC before commencement of any building or improvement. By making this request, I agree to be bound by the requirements of the Clydesdale Park Declaration of Covenants and Clydesdale Park Architectural Guidelines, and that ACC approval does not constitute approval by city/county departments. I will maintain proper drainage grades when installing landscaping and building elements. In order to move the review process along smoothly, ACC members may take pictures of my lot; they may contact me for permission if they need to enter my lot. My submission must have the proper information the ACC needs to make a decision. Exterior structures, planter box, deck, pergola etc. must include:

1. Materials: Of what material is the structure composed? (siding, wood, stone, block, plaster etc.)

2. Color: Does the color complement or match existing colors on the exterior?

3. Dimensions: Include length, width and height.

4. Set Back: How far is the proposed structure from the back and side property lines?

Drawings are very helpful— please add the materials, colors, dimensions, and set back info for the project to any drawings.
